Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Returns: We want you to love your Eco Gronn products. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, used biodegradable tableware (Areca Leaf plates/spoons) cannot be returned once the sealed packaging is opened.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
